We will do it all.....decorate, add music, set the mood to surround your senses if you like! Creative menu choices enhance the evening and make your party an affair to remember! Linen choices, candlelight, florals, etc. all can be chosen to complete the theme....as much or as little as your budget will allow! Catering Elegant Affairs now offers creative talent to visually stimulate your guests as well as tantalize them with your party foods! Sample menu choices from the Evening in Marrakesh: Black Olives with Harissa, Baba Ghanouj, Moroccan Stew with Roasted Vegetables, Casablanca Salad, Sea Bass with Moroccan Vegetables and Sesame Fig Tart with Cardamom Cream. Guests were seated at low tables with cushions for appetizers, then retired to a formal setting for the main part of the meal. Belly dancing was the entertainment choice for the evening. Moroccan Mint Tea and Magic Carpet Rides were the drinks of choice. Sound fascinating? Maybe a little too exotic? How about an indoor beach theme? Coconut Shrimp with Habanero Chutney, Ruby Red Grapefruit Margaritas, Islander Seafood Gumbo, Bayou Pasta and Key Lime Pie all sound good?
